Our office is conveniently located two blocks east of Route 70 in Point Pleasant, NJ. We serve seniors and their families in both Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

    The mission of our firm is to bring our clients comfort and peace-of-mind by addressing their problems in an understanding, intelligent and thoughtful manner. We will achieve this while maintaining a calm, organized, focused, and well-educated office. On a daily basis, we will strive for efficiency, routine, courtesy and integrity, with everything that we do.
    Our goal is to be known throughout Northern Ocean and Southern Monmouth Counties as an exceptional law firm providing services in Estate Planning and Administration, Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection, Probate Litigation, and Fiduciary Representation, which completes projects proactively, correctly and on schedule.
  • Mr. Brogan received his B.A. with high honors in Journalism from Rutgers College, where he also majored in Political Science and was an Eagleton Institute Associate. He graduated from Rutgers Law School-Camden, where he participated in the Rutgers Elder Law Clinic, providing legal representation to impoverished seniors in Camden County. Upon graduation he was awarded the Rabbi Jacob Unger Memorial Award in Talmudic Law. Mr. Brogan was selected for membership in the National Registry of Who’s Who.
